This notice explains the limited information processed when you visit this website or initiate a business inquiry.
Information processed
When you visit, our hosting provider may process IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and—only if you accept cookies—Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. We do not display advertising on this website.
Cookies
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics is loaded, and sets its cookies, only if you select Accept; advertising features and signals are turned off. If you select Reject, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days, and you can change it at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. We do not use advertising cookies.
Business inquiries
When you submit the inquiry form, the information you provide—name, work email, organization, role, organization type, approximate portfolio range, primary need, and any optional context—is transmitted over HTTPS, stored in our database hosted by Supabase, and sent to our team by email through Resend. To protect our forms from abuse, we record a keyed, one-way hash of your IP address (never the raw IP address) with the time of each submission; these records are deleted once they are more than 24 hours old, the next time either form is used.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to field notes, we store your email address and when and where you subscribed in our database hosted by Supabase, and our team is notified by email through Resend. We use your email address only to send Anqa Life field notes and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time through our contact page, and each newsletter will explain how to unsubscribe.
Do not submit case information
Do not send trust documents, policy numbers, insured or beneficiary details, medical information, financial records, tax information, or other confidential case data through the public website or initial inquiry channel.
Service providers
We use Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Google (Google Analytics), and Ahrefs (web analytics and site verification) to operate this website. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Use and sharing
Business contact information received through the website or by email may be used to respond, evaluate a potential relationship, maintain ordinary business records, protect the website, and comply with law. It is not sold for third-party advertising.
Retention and choices
Inquiries, subscriptions, and business correspondence are retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion through our contact page, subject to legal exceptions.
Changes
This notice may change as the website and actual data practices change. Material revisions will be reflected by the updated date.
